In collaboration with Phillippe Coullomb, the cellar master, who joined the business in the same year, they form an operational duo which allows the cave cooperative to make great headway in the oenological quality (plasticisation of the vats, temperature control, micro-oxygenation, etc.).

Around a hundred cooperative members: the building of the Sanofi site in 1963 in the village of Aramon created many new jobs. Over the years, many vine growers ceased their activity, which become ever more unviable.
