"Clear pale lemon. Nose: White fruit, stone fruit, lily. Mouth: A dry, light to medium bodied Viognier that doesn’t carry the same viscosity as Australian Viognier often does. Apricot, white peach, pear, gooseberry, fig and ginger. Medium acidity and medium to long on the finish. Paired nicely with a pike dish (I’m unable to adequately describe it) in a crayfish bisque."
